Checkout remains closed during launch preparation. This notice explains both current design storage and how guest orders will be handled when sales open.

Photos and generated artwork

A selected photo stays in this browser until you request generation. Generation sends it through the WakeMark server to OpenAI. Our server holds generation results temporarily for up to 30 minutes; OpenAI’s own retention rules also apply.

Local saves

When you save a design, the artwork, preview and personalization are stored in this browser’s IndexedDB. Your shopping cart and preview receipts are also device-local. Clearing browser site data removes them. You can delete individual saved designs, cart items and receipts from their pages.

Checkout and contact previews

In preview checkout, address fields remain in page memory. When live checkout opens, your email, delivery address, selected products and artwork are sent to WakeMark and retained in persistent order storage to process your order, provide support and meet recordkeeping obligations. The contact form opens a draft in your email app addressed to wakemarksupport@gmail.com. It is sent only when you send it from that app. WakeMark does not collect card details.

Cookies and external connections

An essential device cookie identifies your browser for the daily allowance of 10 AI generations, including revisions. A hashed device identifier and usage count are stored on our server for up to one year; the allowance resets at midnight UTC. Submitted generation attempts count even if the provider fails. Fonts load from Google Fonts. No advertising or analytics scripts are installed. No customer account is required. Stripe and Resend are configured for guest payments and order notifications, but live checkout is available for enabled products. Order details and artwork are stored on our server, payment is processed by Stripe, and relevant fulfillment details are shared with Printful. Order emails use Resend and support replies go to our Gmail inbox. Private tracking links provide access to limited order information without an account; keep these links private. Printful receives delivery details and print files for fulfillment. Contact wakemarksupport@gmail.com for privacy or deletion requests; records needed for legal or accounting obligations may need to be retained.
